Near Me Pool is the company we chose to service our new pool. We looked at several companies, but it was easy to tell that Near Me Pool cares about their clients and wants to grow their business. They are responsive and the owner came out for our first service to evaluate the needs of our pool. The price point is affordable and the weekly service is followed up immediately with an email with what they needed to do as far as balancing chemicals and other needs. Yuri is fabulous and the company is highly recommended.

My pool is absolutely stunning thanks to Near Me Pools! From the first service to now about a year later they have been outstanding! Professional, Ethical and Responsible! The prices are budget friendly and they never miss a cleaning! When I first called them to give maintenance to my pool, I had just rented the house and wanted to celebrate my son’s bday two weeks into the move. However the pool was a mess. I contacted other companies and none would take the challenge to have it ready. Near Me Pool not only took the challenge but superseded the expectations ! They came out on short notice worked the magic and boom the kids were enjoying the bday party. Fast forward a year later and the service does not change they are by far the absolute BEST in town. Service with this company started out great - but for the last few months has gotten terrible. We paid for weekly cleaning and at first that's exactly what we got. However, starting July 9th we began having issues with them. When we received our weekly report via email, the picture was not of the pool but of the filter. I didn't think anything of it until we had a guest check into the Airbnb a few days after the cleaning stating that the pool was green and filthy. I messaged them asking if they had a photo of the pool from that week so that I could compare it to what the guest was saying. I was told he would look into it and then I didn't hear back until I followed up the next day asking for an update. He informed me that the tech did not take a photo of the pool at the visit that week. I confirmed via photo with the guest and the cleaners I had at the property at the time of the supposed cleaning that the water was green and not treated properly when the technician was supposed to be cleaning the pool. I sent him photos of the pool as he requested, then did not hear back from him until I followed up once again asking for an update. Finally, I received an update from him that he went to the property himself and cleaned the filter and tested and added chemicals. I was told that his "supervisor" assigned a new tech to our property and they would take better care of it. Everything was fine for the next few weeks. Then, communication got downright terrible. We had a family friend stay at the property who happens to own a pool tech and is well versed in how to care for a pool. They reported back some concerning things to us, including the water being too low, skimmer basket being packed full of debris, a ton of debris in the pool (more than should be there after only three days since the prior cleaning), and the main switch for the pool was off. I asked what was going on and noted that we had had several issues at this point and wondered where these inconsistencies and issues were coming from. I was met with defensiveness and blame being deflected onto guests and us. However, we continue to have these issues. There is no accountability for this company's issues. Additionally, we paid for our last month with this company on August 25th and is supposed to cover weekly cleanings thru Sept 25th. They have not been to service our pool since we paid our renewed subscription fee for this period - I have not received the email report as I am supposed to, and I have requested it 4 or 5 times now. I received a second opinion from a different company today confirming that the pool has more debris and grime in it than a week would provide, more like build up from several weeks. Save yourself the hassle and use a different, more reliable company. Would absolutely not recommend.

Finding Yuri from Near Me Pool has been a total score. He is knowledgeable, punctual, professional, reliable and trustworthy. We have a home that was empty for long periods of time and every week I get an email with a current picture of my pool after he cleans it. I totally recommend him for your pool needs.
